“Can I get a roadmap?” Okay, maybe that’s a little overboard, but we definitely agee that it’s a little confusing looking at all the options sometimes. There are so many benefits to using an internet fax service, it’s almost hard to choose what feature is best to begin discussing first. For businesses and individuals alike, such a service can improve communications – and fax communications, in particular – so much that after just a few weeks of using the internet to send and receive faxes, you’re likely to be struck at how much easier it has made things for you.
Honestly, it’s hard for us to pick a favorite benefit to an internet fax, so let’s just randomly select one to start with. The convenience of internet faxes cannot be beat. Now you can travel on business or pleasure and know you can access faxes (or send faxes) without having to scramble to find a fax machine to use. As long as you’ve got access to the internet, you’ve got access to your faxes. Not only is it easy to send and receive your faxes this way, but you can also access the records of previously sent or received faxes over the internet. A few strokes of the keyboard and, voila! You’ve sent your fax.
You might think that’s great enough on its own, but there’s more still to using our internet faxing. Another aspect to utilitzing an internet fax service that is worth remarking upon is its reliability. Even if you are not out of town and away from your main computer and files, you know there’s always a risk of a traditional fax machine breaking down just at the very moment that you need it. But an internet fax service won’t break down, won’t run out of ink or toner, and won’t have a paper jam. That is reliability well worth mentioning for any business or individual.

Still can’t decide which internet faxing service to choose? One of the best aspects of GoFaxer is that we offer two different programs into which you can enter for our popular online fax product. The first is our Pro Plan, which comes in both monthly and yearly options. This email to fax plan is designed for growing businesses. There is no set up fee for either of these plans, so of course the Pro Plan is very easy for your business to begin. This plan offers you a whole gigabyte of storage space, and you can send and receive up to 1,000 pages each month. After you meet that limit, you pay just $.08 (that’s only eight cents) per page.Another fantastic option is the Home Plan, which is designed to meet the internet fax needs of entrepreneurs and others working from a home office. This again comes with no setup fee, but is designed to meet the needs of companies that send a smaller amount of faxes. This still comes with 1 GB of mailbox space, but your page per month limit is only three hundred, making this more affordable for smaller businesses or other companies that might just need to send few pages a day rather than a few dozen pages a day.
It’s worth noting that each of these programs comes with a thirty-day, risk-free trial during which you can cancel and pay nothing. Both plans can be paid monthly or yearly, but if you sign up for a year of online fax service from GoFaxer, you get 60 days of faxing free as our thank you to you!

Is this your office? Spilled coffee, ten pens that are out of ink and a stack of unknown files on your desk…you shouldn’t be surprised to hear that it’s time to get organized. It’ll help you focus on creating new business, and not on the fact that you can’t find, well, anything! While some people may be neat freaks, one thing is for certain – most of us are organizationally challenged. If you fall into the latter category, you might want to spruce up your act and get organized before you think about starting a new business. Even the messy among us can’t deny that a disorganized office is not terribly efficient. It’s a breeding ground for frustration, which leads to less-productivity. However, if getting organized is not your niche, use these simple tips to help you organize your office and files.Email Fax. Using email fax services to send and receive faxes can help keep your office organized. This is because all sent and received faxes can be stored soft copy on your computer, or an external hard drive. This will help you reduce the clutter, and keep your office looking clean and organized.
Digital Storage. Using an external or online storage system to store your digital files not only makes sense when it comes to security, but it allows you to keep a smaller filing cabinet. In today’s virtual age, you can get an external storage drive for less than $200, which is cheaper than the 5 filing cabinets it would take to store the same information in hard copy.
You’ll be astonished at how much your business day changes for the better with an organized office and an internet fax service — look into it today!

These days, it’s not at all unusual for a business to be run from airport waiting rooms and via laptops, cellphones, and wireless hotspots. We all know folks with jobs that have them travelling 25%, 50%, or even 100% of the time. Let’s face it, business travel is a reality in
today’s world. Many times, a person’s normal workweek involves travel by rail, car, or airplane anywhere from one to seven days a week. It can be grueling, but for many people, business travel can also be enjoyable and interesting and well-worth all those miles.
Is there a downside to the travel, from a business standpoint? Well, some would argue that no matter how much work can be done while on the road for work, there are always going to be business matters that will require sending or receiving fax transmissions. Here’s the problem for regular and/or constant business travelers: how to receive your vitally important faxes when you’re rushing to catch a flight or to make a business lunch meeting? It’s hard to stop everything to collect the hotel front desk’s fax number, send the number to the folks you need to send you your fax, and then wait for the fax to come through.
There has to be a better solution, right? There is! That solution, internet fax, is a great convenience for business travelers whose packed daily planners don’t leave so much as five minutes to find a fax machine. Instead of looking for copy stores, hotel front desks, or another random spot with a fax machine, just use our internet fax service and in no time at all, you’ll have the fax you need, leaving you free to catch that flight with time to spare. The deal has been saved and you’re already off to your next business meeting. Your business travel plan is back in business.

Internet-based services are dazzling to the newcomer who is accustomed to conventional means of work and play. The ability to perform tasks with the added benefits of online sharing and c
ustomization brings about increased productivity and profit. However, many experienced operators of computers eventually become acquainted with the methods a computer uses to perform tasks. The use of files, for example, showcases how data is exchanged over a network and different types of data are organized.
The businessworld is seeing that now computers sometimes merge with the technologies of old, giving rise to a seemingly magical merger between unlike technologies. For instance, the use of modems allowed for phone calls and fax capabilities to be performed using a computer before the advent of the Internet. Now, files that exist on a computer can be “printed” and then faxed using the Internet. This is accomplished by allowing the computer to interpret the file as a printed piece of paper, then using this data to “e-mail” the fax to a phone number. Once the file is sent electronically, a server computer equipped with modems dials the number and sends the file. The use of a server interface equipped with fax modems allows for electronic documents to be received and sent through e-mail using conventional phone lines.
Are you now wondering how to become a part of this innovative service? GoFaxer is a premier Internet fax provider that can provide this online “magic” to your business. We take pride in providing quality fax services at affordable prices. Inquire today to find out more about our exciting internet fax services — you and your business will be glad that you did!

There have always been differences between generations within the workplace, and as new generations enter the workforce, business etiquette has become one of those issues. One of the main etiquette issues on the table is dress code. The Baby-boomers came up during a time when women still wore dresses to church and men wore ties to work. In today’s culture, you don’t necessarily need to wear a dress to church, nor do you have to wear a tie to work. However, Baby-boomers still feel that maintaining a somewhat formal dress code in the work place is a sign of respect. Generation Y views things a little differently, and think business casual might mean flip-flops and shorts. As a result, Baby-boomers view Generation Y as disrespectful, and Generation Y view Baby-boomers as illogical, while neither one is true. Everyone is butting heads and sometimes it’s hard to get them all to take a deep breath and look closely at the situation.
There is also the issue of communication. Baby-boomers tend to want to have face-to-face meetings, while Generation Y want to know why they can’t just text you. Again, Baby-boomers misconstrue this to mean that Generation Y are disrespectful and unprofessional, and Generation Y feels as though Baby-boomers are unreasonable and inefficient.
Some ways of closing the generation gap is to implement some cross-generational training within your company. There are many firms that you can hire to do the training. There are also etiquette trainers that will come and work with groups of employees or individuals to help resolve certain office etiquette issues. But another way that employees will have no troubles communicating with each other is via Internet fax! With Internet fax you can receive all of your messages via your email. No matter your generation, this is one new age innovation that everyone can get behind. Improving work and business communication is one team we’re all on, no matter their generation.
