You will then take it to the fax machine, read the directions, and then you must place the paper in the machine. You then will scan the document into the fax machine. You will then dial the number that you’re sending it to. Sometimes it doesn’t go through right away, so you have to wait until the number becomes available and the fax finally goes through. You will then want to call your contact to make sure that they got the fax.
