Internet Fax: A Few Points to Consider
March 14th, 2008 by Wade Mann
You know, I don’t want to talk you into using Internet fax. If something is worth doing the evidence should present itself with very little controversy. And so allow me to present just a few points to consider about this new technology and how it can affect your small business’s office.
- You can send and receive more than one fax at one time. This means that your customers won’t ever get a busy signal, and you’ll never get a busy signal from your customers.
- You won’t need to pay for a new fax machine. You won’t have to pay for the repair of your fax machine.
- You will never have to buy paper for documents going out as a fax. You can create the document as a digital document and send it as a digital document. This will save you a great deal of money on paper.
- You won’t have to buy toner for a fax machine ever again.
- You can send faxes from anywhere that you have access to the Internet. You can send faxes from home, on business trips, or from the coffee shop.
- Internet fax, like all technologies that allow you to go paperless, is good for the environment. You can even tout it in your public relations literature as noble efforts to go green.
All in all, the choice is certainly yours. Good luck.
