Make Fax to Email a Part of Your Business Plan, pt. 2
As I said in my last post on this subject, great businesses have analyzed their operations down to the tiniest degree. They use the most efficient methods and systems, like fax to email services.
As I also said, business plans are vital. A company that has a great business plan is starting a habit of planning, organizing, and creating systems. They’re thinking things through.
I’ve read a lot of business plans and the biggest complaint I have with most of them is that they are too vague. They have really not thought their entire operation through.
For example, they might say, “We’re going to advertise to the many people in our market.” They don’t state how many people are in that market. They don’t state what type of advertising they’re going to run in the market. They don’t come up with projections of how much sales they’re expecting to make from that advertising strategy. They don’t analyze the cost end of it to determine whether it will even be worth the investment.
This might seem like it’s more effort than needed. Many of you want to just go to work and make money. But I assure you that it’s the details of your business plan that will convince you that your business will actually succeed. And if you’re convinced, it’s going to take perfect execution of the plan to succeed in the way that you’re hoping.
