Nowadays, cross-country flights and interstate travel makes up many business’ peoples’ commutes. We all know it’s not unusual for a business to be run from airport waiting rooms and via laptops, cellphones, and wireless hotspots. In many companies, a person’s normal workweek involves travel (by plane, train, or automobile) anywhere from one to seven days a week. It can be grueling, but for many people, business travel can also be enjoyable and interesting.
No question, business travel does mean a lot of work will need to be done via cell phone and virtual meetings while in an airport waiting room. In addition, there are always going to be business matters that will require sending or receiving fax transmissions. Here’s the problem for regular and/or constant business travelers: how to receive your vitally important faxes when you’re rushing to catch a flight or to make a business lunch meeting? It’s hard to stop everything to collect the hotel front desk’s fax number, send the number to the folks you need to send you your fax, and then wait for the
fax to come through.
No need to worry, though, about all that inconvenience and bother, the solution is to use fax by email. Yes, email fax is a great convenience for business travelers whose packed daily planners don’t leave so much as five minutes to find a fax machine. Instead of looking for copy stores, hotel front desks, or another random spot with a fax machine, just use our email fax service and in no time at all, you’ll have the fax you need, right in your email. The ease and convenience of fax by email cannot be beat, particularly for business travelers. A recent development from Microsoft will make online fax and remote communication easier for business persons on the go. This week, Microsoft introduced Windows Embedded NavReady 2009. It’s an operating system designed specifically for portable navigation devices. The system will be available for manufacturers of those products, all of whom help business travel run more smoothly and efficiently.
With Microsoft’s new operating system, you’ll be able to use a portable navigation device to make phone calls, navigate, search online, view maps, and go online. This makes faxing online with GoFaxer even easier. When you are on the road for a business trip, you can communicate via fax just as though you are at the office. Or if you are traveling for personal reasons, you can still connect to send and receive valuable information to help your work tasks get done even in your absence.
GoFaxer makes faxing easier than ever before. While companies like Microsoft work to connect you while on the road, GoFaxer helps you stay connected to your specific office regardless of location. All you need is an internet connection, no fax machine required, and you’ll be sending digital faxes with all of your business contacts just as though you were in the office.

We’re quickly coming up on the one year anniversary of Apple’s now infamous iPhone. Celebration aside, the technology crowd is abuzz with one question: What next, Apple? Next week, Apple will hold its annual developers’ conference. Amid numerous sessions and labs, (not to mention the Apple Design Awards), the San Francisco audience will be the first to see what Apple has been cooking up behind closed doors.
Apple CEO Steve Jobs will be unveiling the encore to last year’s iPhone debut. The iPhone made waves in June of 2007 with its touch sensitive screen and access to wireless Internet. The iPhone also is highly stylized in the characteristic sleek and media-friendly Apple style. Industry analysts and Apple fans alike have been speculating widely on what this newer, updated iPhone will boast. In fact, much of the iPhone’s success has been built on the fact that it is a continual platform for newer technological breakthrough.
The more technology improves, the easier it is to get things done well and efficiently. From phone to fax, it’s important for individuals and businesses to pay for products that really give back to them. GoFaxer offers fax to email service to help you keep your business in order. With less wires, less maintenance and more ease, GoFaxer can help you and your company streamline communication and prepare for success.

Did you know that the modern business man or woman doesn’t need to work at the office? I mean, if they really want to, they’re welcome to. It’s nice to work with people every day. To chat in the lunch room about sports and your favorite TV show. But ultimately, the office has become an option rather than a necessity.
The reason is that we now have technologies that are bringing the entire world together, even though the distances between us remain the same. Two co-workers can communicate totally by email, email fax, and phone. It’s not uncommon for a manager to have his or her entire team working in other states, and even other countries.
Some companies worry that if they allow these kinds of long distance working relationships to occur that they’re productivity will go down. They think that they need to keep everyone together. They think that they need to require strict schedules and dress codes in order to keep everyone working hard.
But the best and brightest work places of the future will be completely results driven. No one’s going to watching your time card. You simply get the job done, keep your job, or your business will move on without you.
This might seem cutthroat but it’s the only option in a world that is growing increasingly free, small, and competitive.

Before fax, the fastest you could send something was in a day, through Fed Ex, or some other high end shipping method. It was overnighted by plane. Then the fax machine became mainstream in the 80’s, allowing you to send something in minutes, over the phone line. Again, a major innovation in the speed of communication.
But in the 90’s, we saw the next giant leap into a faster world. The Internet was born. And with it came email, a form of sending messages and documents through the Internet in seconds. Funnily enough, this didn’t just become popular for sending messages over long distances. It also became enormously popular for sending messages over short distances. Everything is sent through email these days.
Well, not everything. There still are businesses and organizations that have fax machines. And although most everyone has email and the Internet, there may be times when they prefer that a document be sent through fax. If this ever happens, your organization is required to have access to the technology. But who wants to go out and buy a new fax machine when they can send most of their documents through the Internet?
That’s where Internet fax comes into play. You can send documents to fax machines, through an Internet based system. It’s as easy as sending an email, and significantly cheaper than fax technology.
