One of the most exciting things about online faxing is that it makes faxing capabilities a possibility literally any time and anywhere. For business travelers, this is especially useful. As an employer, you can send your employees to conferences, events, or distant business calls with the confidence that they can still perform their regular workplace duties while on the road. Anywhere with internet access allows you to send an online fax without any need for fax machines or phone lines.
As technology advances, the amount of work than an employee can accomplish during a single day continues to expand right along with the capabilities of the equipment they use. This means that a New York based business can send a representative to a conference in Seattle, and that employee can use a lunch break to respond to faxes from a client in San Antonio. No longer is office faxing limited to proximity around a single machine.
With GoFaxer, your business travel opportunities are practically endless. Our risk free trial allows you to see for yourself how advantageous fax to email service can be for a business of any size. Whether you are big or small, local or national, GoFaxer can help your business run more smoothly.

Long distance business travel may have just gotten a little easier. Airline prices can be a major factor in the budget decisions your business faces when it comes to working with distant clients or attending workshops, conferences, and seminars that can help your managers and employees improve at their positions. But recently, a considerable number of major airlines have opted not to increase their prices.
The movement was started by Continental Airlines Inc. Many other major carriers quickly followed suit by undoing a rate hike that had had been instated over the weekend. This move shows that even with a variety of economic factors, business travel is still a possibility. Sending employees to major industry conferences can be a large boon to your own company’s success. Any time a major business player such as a national or international airline slows rising prices, this can be an excellent opportunity to send employees to that conference you’ve been eyeing.
While your employees are away from the office, it’s nice to know that they can still respond quickly and effectively to immediate company situations, especially having to do with external clients. Internet fax is one way to make sure this can happen. GoFaxer aims to help you stay in communication, regardless of location. All you need to send and receive faxes is an internet connection. With GoFaxer’s fax to email product, you’ll never miss a beat.

For companies whose business work has you traveling frequently, whether on long distance journeys or short distance trips about town, mobile technology is undoubtedly important. The mobile business world was abuzz this week when Apple announced its newest version of the iPhone. Billed as the “iPhone 3G,” the phone boasts a host of improvements that will undoubtedly make business travel, or any mobile communication at that, decidedly easier for the user.
The main improvement of the new iPhone is faster network speed for internet browsing, email, online faxing and more. The product already does triple duty as a phone, a web browser, and a portable MP3 player. Now it offers third generation cellular network technology, GPS mapping, coordination with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, and an application store to make adding features even easier. When you use your phone for business calls and email management, these features are particularly beneficial. And when you want faxes away from home, the new iPhone’s high speed will make it even easier to send and receive faxes with GoFaxer.
GoFaxer allows mobile technology to work even well for your business needs. With no cables, machines, or software, you can get faxes delivered straight to your inbox. Internet fax from GoFaxer makes traveling for your job easier than ever before.

Business travel is becoming more convenient all the time, from laptops to cell phones and now portable printers. These small devices can be very helpful, especially in travel. Imagine being able to print out your revised proposal without having to make a late night trip to Kinkos. These may be convenient, but that convenience will come at a price. They run around $250 on average, not including extras like wireless capabilities. Still sound like something you might be interested in? If so, take a look at these two printers.
At four pounds and two inches thick, Canon’s pixma iP90v is slightly lighter and more than an inch slimmer than Hewlett-Packard’s Officejet H470. This can be a considerable asset if you’re toting it around along side your laptop inside a laptop bag. You may be toting along more than the printer if you’re planning on printing a large among of material. The downside to this printer is the small ink cartridges. You’ll need to take a few extra cartridges along if you plan on printing more than 100 pages or so.
The HP has larger cartridges. If you buy the largest black cartridge available, you’ll be able to print out up to 800 pages or so. This printer is also faster than the Canon by about a third of the speed. Not to mention that the HP’s accessories are cheaper, especially if you buy them in a bundle. The H470 comes with a battery, Bluetooth, and a protective sleeve for the printer for an additional $100. You’ll spend about twice that for the same accessories with the Canon. The Canon doesn’t even include the required USB cable.
Another great on the go accessory is GoFaxer. With GoFaxer’s online fax service, you can receive your faxes anywhere that has an internet connection. Contact GoFaxer for more details.
