Telecommuting is a growing trend in business today, and more and more homeowners are creating space in their homes for office space. The problem is, they’re finding, that it’s hard to work in a space that doesn’t fit your needs,
and sometimes when you’re setting up a home office, you have to compromise on needs in order to best fit in the available space. Also, when you look to work from home, the less equipment you have around, the better. The home environment often does not have the space or outlets for many varying pieces of equipment that are available in an office building.
Keep in mind that email fax and a carefully selected computer are two excellent ways of saving space while still being able to perform all of the functions that are necessary to complete your tasks efficiently and effectively. The brilliant thing is that when you fax from home using GoFaxer’s email faxing service, you don’t need a fax machine or an extra phone line. This saves desk space, outlet space, electricity, and time on your part. You’ll just send and receive online faxes through an internet connection on the computer you already use for other business tasks. If you’re looking to save space but want a larger screen than you’ll find on a laptop, one might consider a computer such as the Apple iMac. With a large screen that contains the inner workings, you’ll only need for the monitor, mouse and keyboard. These and other such innovative technologies allow you to send online fax documents and perform other business tasks without needing other equipment around.
It’s so clear that whether you work from home every day or just the occasional crack of dawn teleconference, anyone with a home office will find that faxing via email has never been as easy as with GoFaxer. Find out more today…you’ll be glad you did.

Everyone is a fan. Everyone likes it when business tasks can be completed simply and seamlessly. One of the highlights of GoFaxer is the ease of switching from conventional fax to email fax. At GoFaxer, we’ve worked hard to implement the smoothest technology possible. This allows your transition to email faxing to be free of hassle and complication.
Once you and your employees are using our fax to email service, you’ll wonder why you spent so long with old-fashioned fax machines and extra phone lines.Bottom line here is that online faxing is easy, especially with GoFaxer. For one thing, you can still use the same fax number that your clients and business partners have on file. Your telephone company can easily forward that number to your GoFaxer number, allowing your business correspondence to continue smoothly. And since your GoFaxer number is free, online fax doesn’t cost anything extra for the people who are sending faxes to you and your business.
Business conferences and telecommuting don’t complicate faxes at all when you use GoFaxer. As long as your employees have an internet connection, the smooth transition to email fax allows them to send and receive faxes like normal, but easier. We know that sometimes folks are reluctant to have to download yet another piece of software. But with GoFaxer’s email fax service, you don’t need to download any additional software; our email fax works on the computers you already have via an internet connection. This also means that your same fax number is accessible even when employees are away from the office.

All across industries and regions, business travel is a reality in today’s world. It’s not unusual for a business to be run from airport waiting rooms and via laptops, cellphones, and wireless hotspots. In many companies, a person’s normal workweek
involves travel (by plane, train, or automobile) anywhere from one to seven days a week. It can be grueling, but for many people, business travel can also be enjoyable and interesting.
One thing we can agree on is that business travel does mean a lot of work will need to be done via cell phone and virtual meetings while in an airport waiting room. In addition, there are always going to be business matters that will require sending or receiving fax transmissions. Here’s the problem for regular and/or constant business travelers: how to receive your vitally important faxes when you’re rushing to catch a flight or to make a business lunch meeting? It’s hard to stop everything to collect the hotel front desk’s fax number, send the number to the folks you need to send you your fax, and then wait for the fax to come through.
You can stress no more about all that inconvenience and bother, the solution is to use fax by email. Yes, email fax is a great convenience for business travelers whose packed daily planners don’t leave so much as five minutes to find a fax machine. Instead of looking for copy stores, hotel front desks, or another random spot with a fax machine, just use our email fax service and in no time at all, you’ll have the fax you need, right in your email. No question about it, the ease and convenience of fax by email cannot be beat, particularly for business travelers. Sign up today and make your next business trip an easier one on you.

When should you send an attachment and when you should include the info in the body of your email.
The general rule of thumb with email is that you want to keep it as short and concise as possible. So if the info you’re sending is a quick graph or a small paragraph of text, feel free to include it in the body of the email. But if it’s more than that, you want to include it as an attachment.
I’m not a big fan of including other emails as attachments, but that’s a subjective decision. I like being able to see every email in the chain below the main message. If you’re making reference to an email that may be pertinent but not directly, feel free to attach it.
One of the best examples of using an attachment is with fax to email service like gofaxer. When you get your fax it will come in the form of an attachment in your email inbox.
At the end of the day, we should all remember that in this highly efficient world of digital information, the emails that we send represent us. They’re our image. So make them look good. Make them represent the highly professional person that you are trying to be.
