It sounds too good to be true, but it’s absolutely great and it’s definitely true. The ability to perform tasks with the added benefits of online sharing and customization brings about incre
ased productivity and profit. However, many experienced operators of computers eventually become acquainted with the methods a computer uses to perform tasks. The use of files, for example, showcases how data is exchanged over a network and different types of data are organized.Every day, all over the business world we’re seeing that now computers sometimes merge with the technologies of old, giving rise to a seemingly magical merger between unlike technologies. For instance, the use of modems allowed for phone calls and fax capabilities to be performed using a computer before the advent of the Internet. Now, files that exist on a computer can be “printed” and then faxed using the Internet. This is accomplished by allowing the computer to interpret the file as a printed piece of paper, then using this data to “e-mail” the fax to a phone number. Once the file is sent electronically, a server computer equipped with modems dials the number and sends the file. The use of a server interface equipped with fax modems allows for electronic documents to be received and sent through e-mail using conventional phone lines.
By now, you’re probably more than a little ready to get started with this exciting new service. GoFaxer is a premier online fax provider that can provide this online “magic” to your business. We take pride in providing quality fax services at affordable prices. Inquire today to find out more about our exciting online fax services — both you and your business will be glad that you did!

Let’s take a quick poll. How many times have you been sitting in an airport, or in a hotel, when you
needed to check or send a fax? It wouldn’t surprise us to hear that the great majority of business travellers find themselves in this very situation on a frequent basis. Yet, that situation doesn’t need to be an issue anymore, since the arrival of email fax. With email fax services, you can send and receive faxes anywhere you have an internet connection, including the airport.
Join the many business folks who know that email faxing is a powerful tool for mobile professionals that spend a great deal of time away from their home or office. Using email fax, the faxes are sent and received via email, making it a snap to read and print from anywhere in the world using either a laptop or a PDA, Smartphone, Blackberry, Treo, and yes the iPhone, too.
With most email fax services, business professionals are offered a local fax number which enables them to stay in touch with clients, keep accurate records and receive time-critical faxed documents on any hand-held device. Faxing to email also complements the hand-held features business professionals are already using, such as text messaging, voice, and email—allowing them to maximize productivity. The bottom line is that when compared to traditional business fax machines, anyone would find that email faxing reduces cost, improves productivity, and decreases carbon emissions. Business fax numbers no longer require fax machines, additional telephone lines, paper, or toner cartridges.

The answer to that question in the title is simple—yes!
I know, you just bought that fancy laser printer fax machine. Why drop kick it out the window?
The simple fact is that one of the biggest expenses of your business is labor. And old-fashioned fax technology is a huge time sucker. Let’s walk through the process of faxing.
First you must get the fax number of where you’re sending your document. You must then either write the document by hand or type it up on your computer. You will then type or write by hand the fax cover sheet. You will then want to print both documents on your copy machine. You will then take it to the fax machine, read the directions, and then you must place the paper in the machine. You then will scan the document into the fax machine. You will then dial the number that you’re sending it to. Sometimes it doesn’t go through right away, so you have to wait until the number becomes available and the fax finally goes through. You will then want to call your contact to make sure that they got the fax.
Email fax is infinitely easier and faster. All of that time given by every employee sending a fax will be saved when you convert to this new technology. It’s time to convert.
