Simply put: communication is a key element of any successful business. Whether in verbal, written, or electronic form, maintaining smooth, timely, and professional communication is essential. You can communicate more effectively with your coworkers, clients and colleagues when you switch from conventional faxing to sending and receiving your faxes via email fax.
You’ll soon see how online fax allows you to fax any time and anywhere, as long as you have a computer that is connected to the internet. In the office, by using an online fax you’ll save time, effort and resources by streamlining the faxing process and eliminating the need to walk across the office to send or wait for faxes. And with GoFaxer, there’s never a busy signal. If you send an employee out of the office on a business trip, or if that employee needs to take some work home at the end of the night, email fax allows you to do so without missing a beat. That employee can send and receive faxes as usual without needing to be at the office.
You know, we really do see quite a lot of evidence that GoFaxer is also quite popular with home-based businesses and individual entrepreneurs. Home office technology needs to be adapted to the space and resources of a residential environment, and fax to email does exactly that. GoFaxer is an excellent communication tool for businesses of all sizes and in all locations…including yours.

The next time you’re in the airport waiting to catch a plane, look around and count up all the business travellers you see. Quite a lot. How many times have you been sitting in an airport, or in a hotel, when you needed to check or send a fax? It wouldn’t surprise us to hear that the great majority of business travellers find themselves in this very situation on a frequent basis. Yet, that situation doesn’t need to be an issue anymore, since the arrival of email fax. With
email fax services, you can send and receive faxes anywhere you have an internet connection, including the airport.
Join the many business folks who know that email faxing is a powerful tool for mobile professionals that spend a great deal of time away from their home or office. Using email fax, the faxes are sent and received via email, making it a snap to read and print from anywhere in the world using either a laptop or a PDA, Smartphone, Blackberry, Treo, and yes the iPhone, too.
As some may know, with most email fax services, business professionals are offered a local fax number which enables them to stay in touch with clients, keep accurate records and receive time-critical faxed documents on any hand-held device. Faxing to email also complements the hand-held features business professionals are already using, such as text messaging, voice, and email—allowing them to maximize productivity.
The bottom line is that when compared to traditional business fax machines, anyone would find that email faxing reduces cost, improves productivity, and decreases carbon emissions. Business fax numbers no longer require fax machines, additional telephone lines, paper, or toner cartridges.

The more the merrier might apply to childrens’ parties, but the same doesn’t app
ly for a home office. When you look to work from home, the less equipment you have around, the better. The home environment often does not have the space or outlets for many varying pieces of equipment that are available in an office building. Email fax and a carefully selected computer are two excellent ways of saving space while still being able to perform all of the functions that are necessary to complete your tasks efficiently and effectively.
The brilliant thing is that when you fax from home using GoFaxer’s email faxing service, you don’t need a fax machine or an extra phone line. This saves desk space, outlet space, electricity, and time on your part. You’ll just send and receive online faxes through an internet connection on the computer you already use for other business tasks. If you’re looking to save space but want a larger screen than you’ll find on a laptop, one might consider a computer such as the Apple iMac. With a large screen that contains the inner workings, you’ll only need for the monitor, mouse and keyboard.
These and other such innovative technologies allow you to send online fax documents and perform other business tasks without needing other equipment around. Faxing via email has never been as easy as with GoFaxer. Find out more today…you’ll be glad you did.

Very rarely does the workday operate smoothly and according to schedule — at least every day (surely some folks somewhere can manage a hassle-free business day more than some of the time, right?). No matter how well you’ve scheduled your day, how good you are at keeping yourself on-track and taking care of your to-do list at the office, things happen to interrupt that great roll you’re on and to threaten to throw the whole day awry. One such troublemaker is the sudden need for a fax, whether that’s sending or receiving one.
It seems perfectly innocent. In fact, we can see how it might seem pretty benign, not too troublesome, needing to fax something out to a client or colleague, but we all know that something as simple as sending or receiving a fax via a fax machine can turn into a total nightmare. Paper can jam, toner can somehow end up all over the front of your clothes– inevitably your best white shirt, right before a meeting with a very important client — or the machine could simply decide to throw a tantrum, that it doesn’t want to and so it won’t. Frustrating!
But an email fax is not going to pull any stunts like that on you. Instead, much to your joy and happiness, you’ll find that an email fax will actually help to keep your business day on track, rather than trigger a derailment. A few clicks of your mouse and hit that “send” button and you’ve faxed that document off in less than 30 seconds…that document that the fax machine is still trying to decide if it wants to send or not. In addition, with the email fax service, you’re getting reliability, affordability, and flexibility. Not in the office? You can still send out and receive faxes by email. What an improvement over having to find a public fax machine or beg a hotel clerk to let you “borrow” the fax machine for a few minutes. Look into it today.

Do you telecommute? For many telecommuters, it is easy to feel removed from office environment. Luckily, advances in office technology are making it easier to maintain our connection to the workplace even when we are working from home. Webcams are an efficient way to maintain the face-to-face communication that makes for an effective workplace environment. New, sleek models like the Logitech QuickCam Delux and Microsoft LifeCams make it easier for you to ask those important questions and maintain your workplace presence from the comfort of your own home office.Another, alternate way you can maintain that workplace presence and technological savvy is to use internet faxing. By
choosing a company like GoFaxer, you can receive all the faxes from the workplace right on your home computer without the hassle of stacks of paper. GoFaxer makes it possible for you to read all your faxes online via email and print them at your convenience; simply read your faxes online to gather information or choose to print them for your personal files. Your co-workers can enjoy the same benefits when you fax them from home. Keep your desk streamlined and your home-to-office communication lightening fast by making the most of internet faxing.
The bottom line in business is that — whether you are chatting via webcam or keeping up with the most recent office information — it is all about communication. GoFaxer’s fax to email service provides an alternative to the messy paperwork by allowing you to get ‘just the fax’ and keep your home office running just as smoothly as the one in the tall office building.

We live in an insanely fast society. We have all of our communication at the speed of light.
Can you imagine that 50 years ago, if you wanted to send a document to someone outside of your local area, you’d had to mail it to them. You’d have to put it on a plane. We’re talking about all paperwork having a travel time of several days to anywhere in the world. Even if you were sending a document to some place local, you had to hire a courier who would drive it there. Talk about old school.
With the invention of the fax machine, suddenly we could send something to someone across the world in a few minutes. Holy fast!
But now things are even faster. The Internet suddenly made all data within reach in seconds. Just a click of the mouse and you’ve emailed that business partner in Asia. And he has it right now. No waiting.
There’s no more waiting in line for the fax machine, talking to our coworkers about last night’s Seinfeld. We now all have every episode of Seinfeld on DVD which we can watch any time we want. And we have fax to email services making the fax machine obsolete.
I’m not sure if it’s a brave new world, but things do sure move fast. There’s certainly good aspects to the transition. Especially for those of us who are impatient. We can get our info fast.
