It’s hard to work in a space that doesn’t fit your needs, and sometimes when you’re setting up a home office, you have to compromise on needs in order to best fit in the available space. Also, when you look to work from home, the less equipment you have around, the better. The home environment often does not h
ave the space or outlets for many varying pieces of equipment that are available in an office building.
Email fax and a carefully selected computer are two excellent ways of saving space while still being able to perform all of the functions that are necessary to complete your tasks efficiently and effectively. The brilliant thing is that when you fax from home using GoFaxer’s email faxing service, you don’t need a fax machine or an extra phone line. This saves desk space, outlet space, electricity, and time on your part. You’ll just send and receive online faxes through an internet connection on the computer you already use for other business tasks. If you’re looking to save space but want a larger screen than you’ll find on a laptop, one might consider a computer such as the Apple iMac. With a large screen that contains the inner workings, you’ll only need for the monitor, mouse and keyboard.
It’s true, these and other such innovative technologies allow you to send online fax documents and perform other business tasks without needing other equipment around. Faxing via email has never been as easy as with GoFaxer. Find out more today…you’ll be glad you did.

In these nervewracking days in the business world, we know it’s easier to keep things as they are. We agree, change is scary and many times people resist change for that simple reason. Of course, there are a number of other reasons that faxing is still a widely used form of business-to-business communication worldwide. It has remained popular for a number of reasons, including the fact that faxing can cut the costs of sending documents via regular mail, isn’t as time consuming, and provides a reliable confirmation that messages have been delivered successfully. But there’s a change that isn’t scary and is only going to improve the way you do business. With recent technological advancements, you no longer need a landline or even a costly fax machine to send or receive faxes. Instead, you can digitally send and receive email faxes through email fax communications services.
While there are numerous ways that businesses can benefit when switching from a traditional business fax service to online faxes, these are some of the biggest reasons for switching to email faxes: Faxing via e-mail is more cost-effective, eliminating the need for a fax machine, additional fax lines, maintenance, and supplies such as paper and toner. In addition, online faxing improves productivity because business professionals no longer have to wait around for faxes to transmit through a traditional machine.
Check out our email fax service today! We have no doubt that anyone will easily see that email faxing also helps streamline business communications by reducing paper clutter and offering digital storage capabilities for instant access of fax documents. Users can send and receive faxes as e-mail attachments and they can be stored, managed and forwarded just like other documents.

It’s one of those everyday epidemics that many don’t think are a problem, but just look at how much clutter and disorganization can disrupt and impede business, and you’ll agree it is definitely a major problem in this country. Sure, some folks have talents for managing clutter, but if you are not good about staying organized and it is beginning to affect your business or work output, you might want to spruce up your act and get
organized sooner than later. No one will argue that having a disorganized office is a breeding ground for frustration, which leads to less-productivity and not getting much on that to-do list accomplished. However, if getting organized is not your niche, use a few of these simple tips to help you organize your files and therefore your office.
To begin with, maybe you didn’t know this, but using email fax services to send and receive faxes can definitely contribute towards an organized office. Think of it this way: because all sent and received email faxes can be stored either soft copy on your computer or on an external hard drive, this will help you reduce the clutter, and keep your office looking clean and organized. And improve efficiency and productivity!
If you’re not already convinced, you will be when you talk about it in terms of space, and you’ll see how using an external or online storage system to store your digital files not only makes sense when it comes to security, but it allows you to keep a smaller filing cabinet. In today’s virtual age, you can get an external storage drive for less than $200, which is cheaper than the twelve filing cabinets it would take to store the same information in hard copy. Once the dust settles on your decluttering and organizing, we’re confident you’ll look at your office and breathe a sigh of relief, knowing how much your business will improve as a result.

The next time you’re in the airport waiting to catch a plane, look around and count up all the business travellers you see. Quite a lot. How many times have you been sitting in an airport, or in a hotel, when you needed to check or send a fax? It wouldn’t surprise us to hear that the great majority of business travellers find themselves in this very situation on a frequent basis. Yet, that situation doesn’t need to be an issue anymore, since the arrival of email fax. With
email fax services, you can send and receive faxes anywhere you have an internet connection, including the airport.
Join the many business folks who know that email faxing is a powerful tool for mobile professionals that spend a great deal of time away from their home or office. Using email fax, the faxes are sent and received via email, making it a snap to read and print from anywhere in the world using either a laptop or a PDA, Smartphone, Blackberry, Treo, and yes the iPhone, too.
As some may know, with most email fax services, business professionals are offered a local fax number which enables them to stay in touch with clients, keep accurate records and receive time-critical faxed documents on any hand-held device. Faxing to email also complements the hand-held features business professionals are already using, such as text messaging, voice, and email—allowing them to maximize productivity.
The bottom line is that when compared to traditional business fax machines, anyone would find that email faxing reduces cost, improves productivity, and decreases carbon emissions. Business fax numbers no longer require fax machines, additional telephone lines, paper, or toner cartridges.

It’s more than a little stunning to think of just how important the internet has become in our lives, one that many couldn’t have begun to imagine the depth and breadth of just thirty years ago. So much of our lives – business and personal – is done online nowadays. And we’re constantly expanding our usage of the internet, too. Now we’re not just paying your bills or shopping for shoes at 2 a.m. or staying in touch with faraway friends and family anymore, no; now folks are finding new and exciting new ways to get things accomplished, thanks to the internet. We can agree that the businessworld ranks high on the list of folks using the internet for everyday transactions, including using an online fax service. All too often I know I’ve done the oh-no-I-need-a-fax-machine-now! panic, which has me scrambling to find a fax machine to use, and then inevitably discovering that the machine needs some TLC or to be fed more ink or another one of those laughably bad paper jams, and by the time it’s all over, I am exhausted and wishing there was a better solution. Now there is and it’s called internet fax. You won’t soon forget its name.
Not yet convinced of the need to sign up for an online fax service for yourself or your business today? Whether you’re in business for yourself, traveling on business, part of a growing company, or just have the occasional need to send or receive faxes for personal business, an online fax service could be totally ideal for
you. For now you can send and receive all of your important (and on a deadline) fax communications via the internet as easily as checking your email or the online news for a basketball score. Its easy access is matched by its affordability and effortlessness…how many things can you say that about these days? Other benefits include increased productivity, access when out of the office and traveling for business, and noteworthy reliability. Do we really need to continue or are you convinced yet?
