Businesses no longer operate with a telephone, a will, and a way. The Internet and mobile communications require a new methodology for businesses seeking to integrate communications into every facet of their business strategy. These tight-knit, centralized processes for interacting with the marketplace can be considered “communications centers.”
Much the way communication centers bear the many tentacles of mass communication, customers expect to reach your business using every method imaginable. Telephone, fax, e-mail, postal mail, instant messages, and document imaging are all expected mediums for communication. Customers, vendors, and collaborating businesses who press office communications on all fronts are known as “multichannel communicators.”
If your office requires more capacity to satisfy the needs of multichannel communicators, you can count on GoFaxer to address your faxing needs. We can help to integrate our solutions into your office communication centers. We provide the means for all of your employees to convert documents, both online and paper-based, into the digital streams necessary for multichannel communication.

In a competitive business environment, cost savings for mass communications, such as faxing, can have drastic effects on your businesses bottom line. When your fax volume is considerable, saving even a few cents per send can make for considerable savings. For this reason, many businesses are investigating so-called “free fax” alternatives currently active on the Internet.
Free fax alternatives are an amazing development that shows the ingenuity of Internet commerce. For personal applications, the ability to send the occasional fax without incurring the cost or hassle of operating a fax machine can be a godsend. However, businesses should reconsider taking the plunge using free fax services.
Because free services are ad-supported, the cover pages of each fax sent through such services usually includes an advertisement that distracts from your business’ brand. In addition, the tools necessary for contact management and swift fax-sending are often lacking or are not employed by free fax services. Often, the simplistic interfaces associated with free fax services negate their overall cost savings.
Services such as GoFaxer provide incredible cost savings, efficiency, and professional service at an affordable cost. Contact us today to begin revolutionizing your office faxing efficiency.

If you’re a public relations person in your business you should be the strongest voice within the organization for going green. You should be wearing the bright color so much that everyone thinks it’s a forever St. Patrick’s Day in your view. Why should you be the advocate for this? Because you want to tell everyone about it.
Good PR departments don’t just look for things to send press releases on. They push for events, practices, and achievements worth sending press releases on. And nothing makes for better news than a achievements in environmental conservation.
One great thing to brag about is your use of paper, or lack thereof. Create a goal to limit your office paper use to a certain amount. Accomplish the goal and announce it to the public. With email and faxing through email services, it’s easy to keep your paper usage to a bare minimum.
For other great ideas, go to energystar.com. This site will help you create an energy plan, with both short term and long term initiatives. When hit these major goals, tell everyone about it. Put up signage in your offices advertising the fact that you are an environmentally friendly business.

It seems like everything I do on my computer requires new software to be downloaded. Now, I like using my computer, and so if this is the extent of my inconvenience, I suppose I’ll live.
But I still don’t like having to wait while the download happens, and I’m never quite sure if I did it right, because every download seems a little different. And it just always makes me feel uncomfortable downloading strange things onto my computer, which I’ve invested highly in.
It’s for this reason that I recommend our fax to email service Gofaxer.com doesn’t require you to download any software. Signing up only takes a few minutes. The other nice thing about this is that you can use someone else’s computer to do it as well, as long as they are connected to the internet. You can use your account anywhere without having to download a bunch of software onto the other computer. It’s really slick.
You’ll be impressed with how fast the whole thing goes. You get a toll free number that you can use as your fax number and begin faxing in minutes.

It seems like my entire life is filed away in my email history. I never fully delete any email that I’ve received. I file everything away in my Outlook program, which means that I can look back on a communication exchanged back in March of 2005.
Call me uptight, but when my boss asks me about something that occurred in the past, I want documentation of the event to cover myself. When someone accuses someone of dropping the ball, I won’t be that person. But faxing can cause a problem for someone like myself who wants a record of everything I’ve ever done at work. As soon as something become a piece of paper, it becomes near impossible to track and keep charge of.
You can imagine how happy I was when I started receiving email fax. I simply got an email in my all central email inbox. I opened the attachment and there was my fax. I knew that I could open it, do my work with it, and then file the email away. There will often be times where I’ll remember someone sent me something a long time ago by fax, and with a little searching through my files.
I’ve got the fax again, just like it was sent to me in the first place. And my desk is a lot cleaner without all of those papers piling up.
