“Can I get a roadmap?” Okay, maybe that’s a little overboard, but we definitely agee that it’s a little confusing looking at all the options sometimes. There are so many benefits to using an internet fax service, it’s almost hard to choose what feature is best to begin discussing first. For businesses and individuals alike, such a service can improve communications – and fax communications, in particular – so much that after just a few weeks of using the internet to send and receive faxes, you’re likely to be struck at how much easier it has made things for you.
Honestly, it’s hard for us to pick a favorite benefit to an internet fax, so let’s just randomly select one to start with. The convenience of internet faxes cannot be beat. Now you can travel on business or pleasure and know you can access faxes (or send faxes) without having to scramble to find a fax machine to use. As long as you’ve got access to the internet, you’ve got access to your faxes. Not only is it easy to send and receive your faxes this way, but you can also access the records of previously sent or received faxes over the internet. A few strokes of the keyboard and, voila! You’ve sent your fax.
You might think that’s great enough on its own, but there’s more still to using our internet faxing. Another aspect to utilitzing an internet fax service that is worth remarking upon is its reliability. Even if you are not out of town and away from your main computer and files, you know there’s always a risk of a traditional fax machine breaking down just at the very moment that you need it. But an internet fax service won’t break down, won’t run out of ink or toner, and won’t have a paper jam. That is reliability well worth mentioning for any business or individual.

Still can’t decide which internet faxing service to choose? One of the best aspects of GoFaxer is that we offer two different programs into which you can enter for our popular online fax product. The first is our Pro Plan, which comes in both monthly and yearly options. This email to fax plan is designed for growing businesses. There is no set up fee for either of these plans, so of course the Pro Plan is very easy for your business to begin. This plan offers you a whole gigabyte of storage space, and you can send and receive up to 1,000 pages each month. After you meet that limit, you pay just $.08 (that’s only eight cents) per page.Another fantastic option is the Home Plan, which is designed to meet the internet fax needs of entrepreneurs and others working from a home office. This again comes with no setup fee, but is designed to meet the needs of companies that send a smaller amount of faxes. This still comes with 1 GB of mailbox space, but your page per month limit is only three hundred, making this more affordable for smaller businesses or other companies that might just need to send few pages a day rather than a few dozen pages a day.
It’s worth noting that each of these programs comes with a thirty-day, risk-free trial during which you can cancel and pay nothing. Both plans can be paid monthly or yearly, but if you sign up for a year of online fax service from GoFaxer, you get 60 days of faxing free as our thank you to you!

It’s a revolution! The concept of internet faxing has revolutionized the whole concept of faxing at work. No more long lines at the fax machine, no more misplaced faxes. In fact things have become so easy; you don’t even have to get up from your place to do all of this. All fax related business is done over the internet itself. This will save you not only time, but money as well. No more expensive fax machines or wasted paper to buy–it’s like a dream.
You’ll soon see that this is what actually happens when you need to send in an internet fax. All that you need to do is sign on to the management server and choose the file that needs to be sent and type the destination. Receiving is even better. Faxes are processed and entered into the database almost instantly. There are no lengthy print outs in the picture and the best part is that multiple faxes can be received at the same time.
This new system has worked well for not only the traditional (nine to five) workers but also for the people who don’t work at specified times. The convenience of online faxing is a boon to the traveling office goer. The only drawback here is that it isn’t very easy to constantly call and see whether new faxes are available.
Perhaps the biggest and best advantage of this method of faxing is that it can be carried out through any computer that is connected to the internet. The user just has to step into a cyber café or a coffee shop and check if he has received any faxes or maybe even send out a few. It is these little advances in the technological field that helps a business grow. Because, lets face it, in today’s business scenario technology has a huge role to play. The many conveniences that it has made online faxing a business ’solution’ that everyone loves.

There has always been differences between generations within the workplace, and as new generations enter the workforce, business etiquette has become one of those issues.
One of the main etiquette issues on the table is dress code. The Baby-boomers came up during a time when women still wore dresses to church and men wore ties to work. In today’s culture, you don’t necessarily need to wear a dress to church, nor do you have to wear a tie to work. However, Baby-boomers still feel that maintaining a somewhat formal dress code in the work place is a sign of respect. Generation Y views things a little differently, and think business casual might mean flip-flops and shorts. As a result, Baby-boomers view Generation Y as disrespectful, and Generation Y view Baby-boomers as illogical, while neither one is true.
There is also the issue of communication. Baby-boomers tend to want to have face-to-face meetings, while Generation Y want to know why they can’t just text you. Again, Baby-boomers misconstrue this to mean that Generation Y are disrespectful and unprofessional, and Generation Y feels as though Baby-boomers are unreasonable and inefficient.
Some ways of closing the generation gap is to implement some cross-generational training within your company. There are many firms that you can hire to do the training. There are also etiquette trainers that will come and work with groups of employees or individuals to help resolve certain office etiquette issues. But another way that employees will have no troubles communicating with each other is via Internet fax! With Internet fax you can receive all of your messages via your email. No matter your generation, this is one new age innovation that everyone can get behind.

What’s the deal, you wonder. It’s amazing how many ways you can use the internet these days. Internet-based services are dazzling to the newcomer who is accustomed to conventional means of work and play. The ability to perform tasks with the added benefits of online sharing and customization brings about increased productivity and profit. However,
many experienced operators of computers eventually become acquainted with the methods a computer uses to perform tasks. The use of files, for example, showcases how data is exchanged over a network and different types of data are organized. The industry is seeing that now computers sometimes merge with the technologies of old, giving rise to a seemingly magical merger between unlike technologies. For instance, the use of modems allowed for phone calls and fax capabilities to be performed using a computer before the advent of the Internet. Now, files that exist on a computer can be “printed” and then faxed using the Internet. This is accomplished by allowing the computer to interpret the file as a printed piece of paper, then using this data to “e-mail” the fax to a phone number. Once the file is sent electronically, a server computer equipped with modems dials the number and sends the file. The use of a server interface equipped with fax modems allows for electronic documents to be received and sent through e-mail using conventional phone lines.
Are you now wondering how to become a part of this innovative service? GoFaxer is a premier Internet fax provider that can provide this online “magic” to your business. We take pride in providing quality fax services at affordable prices. Inquire today to find out more about our exciting internet fax services.

Decisions regarding technology and workplace electronics are some of the most important economic decisions that businesses face. GoFaxer allows you to use your resources very efficiently for a product that does more for you. GoFaxer lets you do all your faxing from your computer, syncing fax and email, and allowing you to print only the documents that you want to. When it comes to making smart economic business decisions, internet faxing is an excellent choice.
An industry survey recently found that a considerable portion of business owners are taking a hopeful
and optimistic attitude toward their economic future. Owners and managers are taking decisive steps to ensure profitability and financial stability, says the report, which was conducted by the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Actions that companies are taking include such things as decreasing the level of corporate debt and put extra thought into which investments are best for the business.
It’s no surprise that many other companies are taking an in-depth look at their current workforce. Utilizing the strengths of employees who are already familiar with the business makes it easy to expand a company’s capabilities without adding extra expenses. When it is necessary to add additional employees from outside pools, businesses are aware now more than ever how important it is to win employees who bring the best and most diverse talents and abilities to the company.

It’s such an exciting time that we live in, all the ways to communicate and the new kinds of technology. One of the greatest benefits of new technology is that so many tools can perform multiple tasks. Prior to many of our current technological developments, an office needed to be filled with bulky equipment, each piece of which performed a single task. These days are no longer.
For example, your computer can, as a single piece of equipment, handle nearly every aspect of business communication. This includes both written and verbal correspondence via web conferencing, and it even extends to faxing. You might not know that internet faxing allows you to send and receive faxes straight from any computer with internet access. This also lends itself quite conveniently to the use of an all-in-one printer. With an all-in-one printer, scanner, and copier, you can print just the faxes you desire to have in hard copy; the rest remain conveniently accessible in your fax inbox. This piece of technology also allows you to scan in documents, such as meeting notes or brochures, for easy internet faxing to your coworkers or associates.
Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? With GoFaxer, the many advantages of internet fax are right at your fingertips. Fax online with GoFaxer to see how easy the modern office can be. Our internet fax product is so simple to use you’ll wonder why you didn’t start consolidating your office technology sooner.

Have you seen the prices of office supplies lately? Office toner and ink cartridges for fax machines alone have increased quite a lot in recent years, potentially making them a very costly business expense. Consider further that the larger the company, the more ink and paper are used, and the cost of ink and toner is beyond belief.
But an internet fax service can eliminate unnecessary printing by delivering faxes in a convenient electronic format. When you use an internet fax rather than a conventional fax machine, all of your faxes are delivered directly to you via a secure online connection. Then it is your choice which documents you would like to print. This option saves money on the ink and paper costs, which certainly add up over time. The printing option is also far more convenient for businesses in terms of productivity as well. Printing-optional fax means that all of your received documents are delivered in an easy-to-use electronic format. Never again will you have to manually type out the information on a fax in order to have it on your computer. GoFaxer skips directly to the convenient format, saving you time and effort well beyond the financial savings from ink, paper, and fax machine maintenance and phone lines.
We’ve thought of all of this, and so GoFaxer is designed to make these convenient assets easily accessible for businesses both large and small. As such, we offer two different service and pricing options so that your company can choose the internet fax program that best suits your needs. The transition to and benefits of GoFaxer internet fax are sure to be beneficial to a company of any size.
